How Requests Are Handled

When a service request comes in by phone or web form, it is reviewed for service-area fit, roof system expertise, urgency, and any manufacturer certification requirements that apply. Provider availability is confirmed, and before dispatch you should be able to confirm who will perform the work, the expected arrival window, the rate structure, the documentation deliverable, and any after- hours premium that applies. We do not promise specific response-time SLAs in advance — actual response is confirmed per request based on provider availability and current conditions.

Provider Confirmation Checklist

Before any commercial roofing work begins, the following items should be confirmed with the dispatched provider:

• Confirm the legal company name of the dispatched provider
• Confirm the provider holds appropriate Indiana licensing and registration
• Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) — general liability and workers’ compensation
• Request the property entity be named as additional insured on the project COI where required
• Confirm any manufacturer certifications relevant to your roof system and warranty
• Confirm rate structure: hourly, time-and-material, fixed-bid, after-hours premium
• Confirm scope, deliverable (inspection report, repair, documentation), and authorization before work begins
• Confirm payment terms and any deposit before scheduling
