When you submit the online request form, we collect the contact name, company or property name, phone, email, property address, property type, roof system, urgency, and the description you provide. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages viewed, referrer, device type, anonymized IP) via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Site is used.

How We Use Information

Information you submit is used to route your commercial roofing service request to a local commercial roofing provider when one is available and the request fits the provider’s service area, equipment capability, and schedule. We may share your service request with the dispatched provider so they can contact you and perform the requested service. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the Site.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and for call tracking via CallRail. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality but does not affect your ability to submit a request by phone.

Data Retention

Service request submissions are retained for the time necessary to facilitate the service request and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained per the data retention settings of the analytics provider.

Your Choices

You may request deletion of your service request information by emailing service@indianapoliscommercialroof.com. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
