When you submit a service request by phone or web form, we collect contact name, role, company or property name, phone, email, after-hours contact, property address, property type, building count, roof size, roof age, roof system, roof manufacturer, roof access, urgency, description of the issue, any photos you upload, COI/W-9 requirements, and contact and communication preferences.

Call data. Calls to the request line may be recorded and tracked through CallRail or a similar provider for routing, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and provider matching purposes. Call data may include phone number, call time and duration, the destination number used, and recorded audio.

Web analytics. We collect standard web analytics data — pages viewed, referrer, device type, browser, anonymized IP, and on-page interactions — through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Site is used.

Cookies. The Site sets cookies and similar technologies for analytics, call tracking, and form anti-spam.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to route your commercial roofing service request to a local commercial roofing provider when one is available and the request fits the provider’s service area, equipment capability, and schedule. We may share your service request and related details with the dispatched provider so they can contact you and perform the requested service. We use call recordings and analytics data in aggregate to improve the Site and the request process.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following categories of third-party service providers who may process information on our behalf: form submission (Formspree), call tracking and recording (CallRail), web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), email delivery, and the commercial roofing providers to whom requests are routed. 4. Call Recording & SMS Consent

Indiana is generally a one-party-consent state for call recording. By calling the request line, you consent to your call being recorded and tracked for the purposes described above. If you do not consent, please end the call and contact us by web form or email instead.

By submitting a request, you authorize Indianapolis Commercial Roof and the dispatched provider to contact you about your service request by phone, text message (SMS), or email. Standard message and data rates may apply. Call recordings are retained per our call-tracking provider’s default retention. Analytics data is retained per the data retention settings of the analytics provider.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your service request information by emailing service@indianapoliscommercialroof.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements that apply.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for commercial property managers, facilities staff, and commercial property owners. The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
