Terms of Use
Effective: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at indianapoliscommercialroof.com (the “Site”) and the commercial roofing service request line operated through the Site by Indianapolis Commercial Roof (the “Operator”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service-Request Positioning
Indianapolis Commercial Roof operates as a commercial roofing service request and coordination website. The Site is not the contractor of record. Service requests submitted through the Site are routed to independent commercial roofing providers (each, a “Provider”) when a Provider is available and the request fits the Provider’s service area, equipment capability, and schedule. Provider identity, licensing, insurance coverage, certificates of insurance (COI), W-9 information, and manufacturer certifications are confirmed before dispatch and are the responsibility of the dispatched Provider, not the Site.
2. No Service-Level Agreement
We do not promise specific response-time service-level agreements (SLAs) for service requests. Estimated arrival windows and rate structures are confirmed per request based on Provider availability and current conditions. Submitting a request does not guarantee dispatch.
3. Commercial Properties Only
The Site and the request line are exclusively for commercial and industrial roofing. Submissions for residential roofing, residential shingle replacement, residential gutter or siding work, single-family home roofing, or residential storm damage will not be routed.
4. Provider Relationship
Once a Provider is dispatched, the relationship for the roofing work is between you and the Provider. The Provider’s scope, estimate, contract, warranty, and payment terms govern the work. The Operator is not a party to that contract and does not guarantee Provider performance.
5. Information You Submit
You agree that information you submit through the call line or online form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to submit the request on behalf of the property in question. Submitted information may be shared with the dispatched Provider and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No Insurance, Engineering, or Legal Advice
We are not a public adjuster and do not provide insurance, engineering, or legal advice. Information on the Site about insurance documentation, manufacturer warranty considerations, and roof systems is general and is not a substitute for advice from your insurance carrier, licensed adjuster, structural engineer, attorney, or roofing manufacturer.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the information presented on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant the work performed by any dispatched Provider — that is governed by your direct contract with the Provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any service request, or any work performed by a Provider, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Operator’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) inaccurate or unauthorized information you submit, or (c) any dispute between you and a Provider.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Contact
